Love London Apartments Agency Ltd (company number 09163752) is responsible for the personal details you share through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, a valuation request or a message, we receive the details you type in: usually your name, email, phone number, dates and anything you tell us about your stay or your property.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, to arrange your stay or to prepare your valuation. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Bookings

Online bookings are taken through our booking system, provided by HelloHosty, and card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request, and booking records for as long as the law requires.
